REGISTRATION FOR THE 2026 CLASS HAS NOW CLOSED. If you are interested in attending next year, you are welcome to sign up using the form below. 

Due to popular demand we are now welcoming all of the UCSF community to join the class. By signing up you will have the opportunity to learn invaluable mindfulness and resilience skills, develop a local ecological community, develop a project with others that is feasible and time limited. 

The UCSF class will take place, in person, at the Pritzker Building in Mission Bay on Thursdays (April 2 - June 4, 2026) at 12:00 - 1:30 PM. 

We ask that those who sign up, to attend at least 6 of the 10 classes scheduled. 
 

Course Expectations:

• Attend at least 6 of 10 sessions (attendance at all is highly encouraged to get the most out of the course).

• Watch assigned video lectures on your own time each week (this includes less than 1 hour total of short, impactful videos). 

• A climate action or awareness project of your choice (in your workplace, school, or community) that should not require much of your time outside of class.

• Optional: short weekly reflections on video content, and a final group presentation.
